I was a bit shocked by the price of the service. "Diagnosis" was $99, which consisted of me flushing the toilet and explaining the problem. Total time less than a minute. The repair (auguring) took a few minutes, and that part of the bill seemed reasonable. And as a native Oregonian, I'm always shocked by the tax item, but that's not in your control. The $30 discount for first time customer did ease the pain.
Ty did a great job. I really do think it should have cost a bit less. I don't know how people on a fixed income can afford a plumber. I know they have a lot of equipment but really 495. to fix a shower valve?
