Completed an in-line water filter installation for a homeowner to improve water quality and protect their plumbing system. Our licensed plumber properly tied the new in-line filter into the existing water supply, ensured secure connections, and tested the system for leaks and proper flow. The customer now has cleaner, better-tasting water throughout their home.
Completed a tub spout replacement for a homeowner today. The old spout was leaking and not diverting water properly to the shower head. Removed the existing tub spout, inspected the copper stub-out for damage or corrosion, and installed a new tub spout with a secure, watertight connection. Tested both tub and shower functions to ensure proper flow and no leaks. Customer is back to normal use with improved performance.
Came out to the customer’s home for a plumbing service call due to running toilets. Upon arrival, shut the water off at the main to properly diagnose the issue. Determined there were no leaks present—the problem was caused by a faulty toilet fill valve and bad shut-off valves. Replaced the defective components to restore proper toilet operation and water control. Customer now has reliable plumbing with no constant running or water waste.
Came out and installed a new in-line water filter for the customer. We professionally cut into the existing water line, installed the in-line filtration system, and ensured all connections were properly secured and leak-free. This upgrade helps improve water quality, protect plumbing fixtures, and extend the life of appliances. Customer was happy with the clean, reliable installation and improved water flow. Customer called due to multiple drains backing up in the home. Upon arrival, performed a full inspection and confirmed a blockage in the main sewer line. Accessed the main cleanout and used a professional sewer auger to break through and remove the obstruction. Ran water through all fixtures to verify proper flow and ensure the line was clear. Educated the customer on preventative maintenance and recommended future line inspections if issues persist. Main sewer line is now flowing properly with no further backups.

Technician arrived on site to add a new gas line for a standby generator. Reviewed generator location, gas load requirements, and existing gas system to ensure proper sizing and safe operation. Installed new gas piping from the main gas supply to the generator location, including proper shutoff valve, sediment trap, and approved fittings. All connections were secured and tested for leaks to meet local code requirements. Generator gas line addition completed successfully and ready for connection and operation.
