Electrician, given free electrical estimate for lighting project
Came out and removed a rusted Zilmet 21.1-gallon well expansion tank that was no longer operating properly. Installed a new matching Zilmet expansion tank to restore proper system pressure and protect the well equipment from excessive wear. After installation, the system was inspected and tested to ensure safe, reliable operation. Homeowner now has consistent water pressure and a properly functioning well system.
Checked in on a service call to relight a gas fireplace after the pilot light went out. Inspected the gas supply, verified proper airflow, and safely relit the pilot. Confirmed the fireplace ignited correctly and was operating efficiently before leaving. Customer was advised on proper startup and basic safety tips to help prevent future shutdowns.
Came out and installed a 21-gallon Zilmet expansion tank to help regulate water pressure and protect the plumbing system from pressure fluctuations. The expansion tank was properly sized, set to the correct air charge, and securely connected to the existing system. This installation helps reduce pressure spikes, minimize water hammer, extend the life of plumbing components, and improve overall system performance. The system was tested after installation and verified to be operating properly with no leaks.

Completed a professional plumbing service installing a removable water filter adapter for a residential customer. This removable adapter allows easy connection and disconnection of a water filtration system for convenient maintenance and filter changes. Verified proper fit, secure connections, and leak-free operation to ensure clean, safe drinking water. Another efficient plumbing installation completed to improve water quality and customer convenience.
Completed a hot side shower cartridge replacement to resolve temperature control issues and constant dripping from the shower valve. Shut off the water supply, removed the trim and handle, extracted the worn cartridge, and installed a new manufacturer-compatible hot side cartridge. Reassembled the shower valve, restored water service, and tested for proper hot water flow, pressure, and leak-free operation. Shower is now functioning correctly with smooth temperature adjustment.
Completed an in-line water filter installation for a homeowner to improve water quality and protect their plumbing system. Our licensed plumber properly tied the new in-line filter into the existing water supply, ensured secure connections, and tested the system for leaks and proper flow. The customer now has cleaner, better-tasting water throughout their home.
Completed a tub spout replacement for a homeowner today. The old spout was leaking and not diverting water properly to the shower head. Removed the existing tub spout, inspected the copper stub-out for damage or corrosion, and installed a new tub spout with a secure, watertight connection. Tested both tub and shower functions to ensure proper flow and no leaks. Customer is back to normal use with improved performance.
