Completed a kitchen faucet replacement for a homeowner today. The customer supplied the new faucet and we professionally removed the old one and installed the new unit on the existing plumbing. We also added a new shut-off valve on the hot side for better control and easier future maintenance. Everything was tested and is working great with no leaks.
Installed a new 3/4-inch PEX water service to replace an old polybutylene line that was failing and causing low pressure issues. Added a new PRV and main shutoff valve at the home for proper pressure control and easier service in the future. System tested and everything is running strong. Disconnected and drained two RO water-filter systems for the customer to store until spring. We’ll be returning later this week to blow out the remaining water in the lines with an air compressor through the hose bibs to ensure the home is fully protected from freezing.
