Came out to a customer’s home to diagnose a broken shower neck stuck inside the wall. Carefully extracted the broken shower arm without damaging existing plumbing and installed a new shower neck along with a complete shower head assembly. Tested for proper water flow and leaks to ensure everything was operating correctly. Customer is now enjoying a fully functional shower.
Came out and rebuilt two toilets, replacing worn internal components to restore proper flushing and eliminate running issues. After completing the toilet repairs, performed a full inspection of the home’s existing 1/2 inch copper water piping to check for leaks, corrosion, and overall condition. Customer was informed of current pipe status and any recommendations for future maintenance. Reliable, professional residential plumbing service completed to ensure safe and efficient water flow throughout the home.
Checked in for replacing a failed hot water heater. Inspected the existing unit and confirmed it was no longer heating properly. Shut off water and power, drained and removed the old water heater, and installed a new hot water heater to code. Reconnected water, electrical/gas, and venting as required. Filled the system, purged air, tested for leaks, and verified proper operation. Customer now has reliable hot water restored.
Technician arrived on site to replace an existing tankless water heater that was no longer operating properly. Water and gas were safely shut off, and the old unit was removed. Checked in today to replace a failing 40-gallon gas water heater. Safely shut off gas and water, disconnected the old unit, and removed it from the property. Installed a new 40-gallon gas water heater, reconnected gas and water lines, and verified proper venting and clearances. Filled and purged the system, relit the burner, and tested for gas leaks and correct operation. Water heater is now heating efficiently and operating as designed. Customer has reliable hot water restored.

Came out to the customer’s home to address a plumbing leak at the washing machine box. Inspected the area and found a leaking PEX adapter connection. Repaired and properly secured the pack adapter to the washing machine box to stop the leak. Tested the repair and confirmed everything was holding with no further leaks. Another successful washing machine box plumbing repair completed.

Removed the damaged cast iron section and replaced it with new PVC piping, ensuring proper slope and secure connections. Tested the system after installation to confirm smooth flow and no leaks. Drain is now functioning properly and up to current plumbing standards.
