In for providing a quote to install a new water service line entering the home and complete whole-house plumbing replacement. Assessed existing water line from meter to foundation, evaluated pipe materials throughout the home, and inspected current supply lines, drainage system, and shut-off valves. Provided detailed estimate for replacing the main water service line and upgrading all interior plumbing to ensure reliable water pressure, improved flow, and long-term durability.
Came out today to diagnose a plumbing issue and found a defective PVC drain line causing leaks and improper drainage. Removed the damaged section of PVC piping and replaced it with new, properly fitted PVC drain pipe to restore correct flow and prevent future leaks. All connections were securely glued and tested to ensure the drain system is working properly and up to plumbing code. Customer now has a reliable, leak-free drain system.
