Came out to the customer’s home and completed a full home repipe and new water service installation. Removed outdated plumbing and upgraded the system with new, reliable piping to improve water pressure and overall performance. Installed a new water service line from the meter to the home, ensuring proper sizing and code compliance. Tested the system for leaks and verified everything was functioning correctly. Customer now has a safe, efficient, and long-lasting plumbing system.
Customer reported a dripping bathroom faucet that would not fully shut off. Inspected faucet and confirmed worn internal cartridge was causing the leak. Shut off water supply, removed handle and trim, and replaced faulty faucet cartridge with the correct manufacturer-specific part. Reassembled faucet, restored water, and tested for proper operation. Faucet now shuts off correctly with no leaks and normal water flow. Customer advised on routine maintenance and signs of future cartridge wear.
Checked in for a dishwasher not draining properly. Inspected the dishwasher drain line and found a blockage restricting flow. Disconnected the drain line and cleared the obstruction, then flushed the line to ensure proper drainage. Reconnected all fittings and tested the dishwasher through a full drain cycle. Unit is now draining correctly with no leaks present. Customer advised on proper use and maintenance to help prevent future clogs.
Completed a P-trap replacement under the sink due to improper alignment and signs of leakage. Removed the old trap assembly and installed a new properly sized P-trap with correct slope and secure connections. Checked for leaks and verified proper drainage. Sink is now draining correctly and meets plumbing code requirements.
Came out and repaired a ruptured copper water line serving the water heater. Isolated the water supply, removed the damaged section of copper pipe, and installed new fittings to restore safe and reliable water flow. This repair prevented further water damage and ensured the water heater is operating properly. Professional residential plumbing repair completed quickly and efficiently.
