I can't say enough good things about Tyler from Eazy plumbing and electrical. He did an absolutely wonderful job. He replaced my old fuse panel and added an outdoor outlet for my TV as well as my new washer and dryer for the upstairs main level, the entire process was flawless from start to finish. He showed up on time, ready to work, and with a level of professionalism that s hard to find these days. He walked me through everything, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood exactly what was being done. His attention to detail and expertise were next level. Diagnosed and repaired persistent low water pressure issues throughout two-story home. Found partially closed main shutoff valve and sediment-clogged aerators at multiple fixtures. Biggest issue was discovered in basement—corroded galvanized pipe with approximately 80% blockage from mineral buildup. Replaced affected section with copper and added two access points for future maintenance. Installed whole-house sediment filter at main line to prevent future buildup. Water pressure now testing at consistent 63 PSI throughout home.
Finished replacing 40-gallon electric water heater with new hybrid heat pump model. Upgraded drain pan and installed expansion tank to meet current code requirements. Reconfigured water lines with PEX for better efficiency. Added temperature and pressure relief valve discharge tube directed to proper drain location. Programmed unit for maximum energy savings during typical usage hours. Left owner instructions for maintenance schedule and operation modes.
Completed bathroom drain line repair where previous owner had used improper S-trap configuration, causing frequent clogs and sewer gas odors. Reconfigured to proper P-trap with appropriate venting. Discovered additional issue with insufficient slope in horizontal run. Corrected pitch to standard 1/4" per foot for proper drainage. Used camera inspection to verify complete drain line integrity after repair.
Replaced leaking pressure reducing valve on main water line today. Found inlet pressure at 110 PSI, dangerously high for residential plumbing. New valve set to maintain 65 PSI throughout home. Added pressure gauge for monitoring. Tested all fixtures after installation—no leaks and proper flow restored to all faucets.
