Technician arrived on site to diagnose and clear a drain blockage causing slow drainage and backup. Inspected the affected line and identified the obstruction. Used professional drain clearing equipment to safely remove the blockage and restore proper flow. Tested the drain after service to confirm normal operation. Area was cleaned up and customer was advised on steps to help prevent future blockages.

Came out today and installed a customer-supplied bathroom sink faucet and pop-up drain assembly. Removed the existing faucet, properly set the new faucet, and securely installed the pop-up assembly to ensure smooth operation and a leak-free seal. Tested all connections and verified proper water flow and drainage. Customer now has a fully functional and updated bathroom sink faucet installation.
came out and repaired a break on the ½-inch CPVC cold water line supplying the shower, as well as a break on the ½-inch CPVC hot water line feeding a bathroom faucet. The damaged sections of piping were removed and replaced, connections were properly secured, and the system was pressure tested to ensure there were no leaks. Water service was fully restored and all plumbing is now operating as it should.
Checked in to replace a leaking house bib (outdoor hose spigot) at the home. Shut off the water supply, removed the old damaged hose bib, and installed a new frost-free house bib with proper fittings and sealant. Restored water, tested for leaks, and verified proper operation and water pressure. Area was cleaned up and system left in good working condition.
Arrived on site to diagnose high water pressure issues. Found the pressure reducing valve (PRV) was failing and no longer regulating incoming water pressure properly. Shut off the main water supply, removed the old PRV, and installed a new pressure reducing valve. Set and tested the pressure to safe operating levels and checked for leaks. Restored water service and confirmed proper pressure throughout the home.
