We got a very reasonable price on the project, and he came out and made sure everything was done right, even staying late to make sure we weren’t without water for the night. I misunderstood part of the project and Shane had no problem canceling part of the project without charging us, even though he had already started work. Isolated the water supply, removed the damaged section of copper pipe, and installed new fittings to restore safe and reliable water flow. Found heavy root intrusion inside the underground sewer pipe causing ongoing blockage issues. Provided findings and recommendations to the customer.
