We got a very reasonable price on the project, and he came out and made sure everything was done right, even staying late to make sure we weren’t without water for the night. I misunderstood part of the project and Shane had no problem canceling part of the project without charging us, even though he had already started work. Technician arrived on site to diagnose and clear a drain blockage causing slow drainage and backup. Inspected the affected line and identified the obstruction. Used professional drain clearing equipment to safely remove the blockage and restore proper flow. Tested the drain after service to confirm normal operation. Area was cleaned up and customer was advised on steps to help prevent future blockages.
Arrived on site for low/high water pressure concerns. Inspected the main water line and found a failing pressure reducing valve (PRV) and inaccurate pressure gauge. Shut off water supply, removed the old PRV and gauge, and installed a new pressure reducing valve along with a new pressure gauge on the main water line. Set system pressure to manufacturer-recommended PSI and tested for leaks. Restored water service and confirmed proper water pressure throughout the home.
Came out to a service call for a ruptured water line underneath the kitchen sink that was causing active leaking and water damage concerns. Inspected the plumbing, shut off the water supply, removed the damaged section of pipe, and repaired the water line with proper fittings to restore full water service. Tested the repair to ensure there were no leaks and verified normal water pressure before leaving. Customer is back up and running with a safe, reliable kitchen plumbing system.
Completed a plumbing repair after locating a busted section of CPVC water line. Cut out and replaced approximately a 3-foot section of damaged CPVC pipe, installed new fittings, and properly solvent-welded all joints. Restored water service and tested the repair to ensure there were no leaks and proper water pressure.
Came out and replaced a faulty pressure reducing valve (PRV) to restore proper water pressure throughout the home. Tested incoming water pressure, installed a new PRV, and adjusted it to safe, manufacturer-recommended levels. Ensured all fixtures were operating correctly and inspected the system for leaks after installation. Home now has consistent, safe water pressure and improved plumbing performance.
Came out and performed a drain inspection using a sewer camera to locate the issue affecting the toilet. Snaked the toilet drain to clear the blockage and restore proper flow. After clearing the line, reset the toilet and verified proper flushing and leak-free operation. Customer is back up and running with no further issues.
Checked in today to relight the pilot light on a gas fireplace that had gone out. Inspected the gas supply, thermocouple, and pilot assembly to ensure safe operation before relighting. Verified proper flame pattern and confirmed the fireplace was igniting and shutting off correctly.
Came out and serviced a natural gas fireplace to ensure safe and efficient operation. Inspected the gas line connections, burner assembly, and ignition system. Cleaned components, verified proper flame pattern, and tested the unit for reliable performance. Customer’s natural gas fireplace is now operating safely and ready for use.
