Jerry is wonderful he does an amazing job! My house was very clean after he left . He was very informative and pleasant. I felt very comfortable leaving him in my house and he even took the time to check and play with my dog ginger which meant a lot !!!

Replaced a pressure reducing valve (PRV) to regulate water pressure in the home's plumbing system. First, shut off the main water supply and drained the system to prevent leaks. Removed the old, malfunctioning PRV and inspected the surrounding pipes for any signs of wear or damage. Installed a new PRV, ensuring it was securely fitted and properly aligned. Adjusted the valve to the optimal pressure setting for the home. Restored the water supply and tested the system to confirm stable and correct water pressure.
Replaced a burnt appliance outlet. Disconnected the power supply to ensure safety, then removed the damaged outlet. Inspected the wiring for heat damage and trimmed back to clean, undamaged sections. Installed a new heavy-duty appliance outlet, ensuring secure and proper connections. Restored power and tested the outlet with a voltage meter to confirm it was functioning correctly and safely.
