We got a very reasonable price on the project, and he came out and made sure everything was done right, even staying late to make sure we weren’t without water for the night. I misunderstood part of the project and Shane had no problem canceling part of the project without charging us, even though he had already started work. In for providing a quote to install a new water service line entering the home and complete whole-house plumbing replacement. Assessed existing water line from meter to foundation, evaluated pipe materials throughout the home, and inspected current supply lines, drainage system, and shut-off valves. Provided detailed estimate for replacing the main water service line and upgrading all interior plumbing to ensure reliable water pressure, improved flow, and long-term durability.
Completed a 60-foot sewer line replacement from the home to pipe going to the city. The existing sewer pipe was compromised and causing drainage issues. Excavated the affected area, removed the damaged section, and installed new PVC sewer piping with proper slope to ensure optimal flow. All connections were securely fitted and tested for leaks before backfilling and restoring the area.
Came out and started a full water repipe for the customer. Inspected existing lines, began replacing old piping with new durable materials, and ensured proper water flow and leak-free connections. More work scheduled to finish the repipe and improve overall water system reliability.
Completed installation of a new gas line for a residential furnace to ensure safe and reliable operation. Ran new black iron gas piping from the main gas supply to the furnace location, properly sized for BTU demand. Installed new shut-off valve and sediment trap (drip leg) per code requirements. All fittings were sealed and pressure tested to confirm there are no leaks. System was tested and verified for proper gas flow and safe furnace operation.
came out and replaced a broken hose spigot for the customer. The old spigot was leaking and no longer functioning properly, so we removed it and installed a new durable hose bib to restore proper outdoor water access. The system was tested to ensure there were no leaks and everything was working correctly. The customer now has a reliable outdoor spigot for everyday use.
Today we completed a professional kitchen sink drain clearing for a homeowner experiencing slow drainage and standing water in the basin. Upon inspection, we found a buildup of grease, food debris, and soap residue causing a blockage in the drain line. We used professional-grade drain cleaning equipment to fully clear the clog and restore proper flow. After clearing the line, we tested the sink multiple times to ensure it was draining properly with no backups or leaks.
Completed gas meter connection to the main gas supply line. Installed and secured proper gas piping and fittings, ensuring all connections were tightened to code specifications. Applied approved pipe thread sealant and performed a full gas leak test to verify system integrity and safety. Confirmed proper gas pressure and ensured meter was functioning correctly. System is up and running safely and efficiently.
Came out and unclogged a shower cartridge that was causing poor water flow and temperature issues. Removed debris and buildup from the cartridge, restored proper operation, and tested the shower to ensure smooth and consistent water pressure. Customer is happy with the repair and shower is working like new.
