We came home from vacation to discover a leak under the floor. After getting several quotes that were way out of our budget, Adrian came out, quickly identified the problem, and repaired it for less than half of what others had quoted. Came out to the customer’s home to remove an old gas water heater and professionally install a new, energy-efficient gas water heater. Provided detailed estimates for replacing a worn hose spigot and adding a new gas line for fireplace gas logs. Completed all work safely, verified proper operation, and ensured the customer’s plumbing and gas systems are running reliably. Great service call in the area for anyone needing water heater installation, gas line services, or plumbing repairs nearby.

Piped in a new spigot and completed a full flush of the customer’s hot water tank. Replaced the worn anode rod to improve system efficiency, extend tank life, and help prevent corrosion. The customer requested: • PRV installation • Level 1 re-pipe estimate • Evaluation of the crawlspace leak and repair options I provided a detailed estimate covering the leak repair, new PRV installation, and Level 1 re-pipe. The customer mentioned he will speak with his insurance adjuster and is planning to reschedule for tomorrow.
