Shane with EaZy Electrical and Plumbing was absolutely awesome. We got a very reasonable price on the project, and he came out and made sure everything was done right, even staying late to make sure we weren’t without water for the night. I misunderstood part of the project and Shane had no problem canceling part of the project without charging us, even though he had already started work. Checked in nearby while completing a professional prep sink installation for a customer. Installed the new prep sink, connected hot and cold water supply lines, and properly tied in the drain to ensure smooth flow and leak-free operation. Verified all connections, tested for leaks, and confirmed proper drainage. The installation was completed to code, restoring full functionality and convenience to the space. Customer was happy with the clean, efficient workmanship.
Plumber service call for a gas tankless water heater repair. Diagnosed the unit and found a failed high limit switch causing the heater to shut down. Safely replaced the high limit switch, reassembled the unit, and tested operation to confirm proper heating and normal cycling. Tankless water heater is now running correctly and safely.

We came out to the customer’s home to replace a leaking outdoor water spigot. During the repair, we also removed approximately 3 feet of damaged copper pipe and upgraded it to durable PEX piping for improved reliability and freeze resistance. After completing the installation, we pressure tested the line to ensure there were no leaks and proper water flow was restored. The customer now has a secure, dependable outdoor water connection.
Returned to the customer’s home to complete the installation of the shower assembly. Finished hooking up the remaining components and performed another full pressure test to ensure everything is sealed and functioning properly with no leaks. To further assess the home’s water supply system, dug an exploratory hole at the point where the main line enters the house to identify the material and condition of the pipe. Also excavated at the meter to verify the type of piping present from the utility connection to the home. This information will help determine the best long-term repair or replacement options. Professional plumbing inspection and shower installation completed with attention to detail and system reliability.
Today we arrived at a customer’s home to complete a whole-house re-pipe. We removed the old copper piping and replaced it with durable PEX tubing to improve water flow and reduce future leak risks. We also installed a new Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) to help regulate incoming water pressure and protect the home’s plumbing system.
