We had a significant electrical issue in our home. Jerry Jones arrived and thoroughly and promptly checked out the wiring and breakers. There were serious wiring problems, his boss came after hours and they stayed late to get our lights back on. We feel they went above and beyond for us.

Jerry was extremely sensitive & very Professional. He had a little problem with his cell phone because I live so far out in the country. I never talk on my cell phone can’t hear. I felt bad that Jerry had to go outside to talk on his phone. He acted like it was no big deal but it had to bother him.Jerry was very understanding about my electrical problems & was detailed & explained what he was doing to me. He included me & that was very important to me! I am a widow & live a lone he never treaded me like a “dumb “female. Overall Jerry was EXCELLENT!!

Replaced hot water supply line to the water heater due to wear and leakage. Shut off water supply, removed damaged line, and installed a new high-quality hot-rated supply line with secure fittings. Restored water service, tested for leaks, and verified proper operation of the water heater. Customer now has a safe, reliable hot water connection.
Met with homeowner to inspect and quote a 98-foot sewer line run from the house to the main connection. Measured total footage, checked existing pipe material and depth, and discussed replacement options, trenching requirements, and local code compliance. Provided a detailed estimate and answered questions about timeline, permits, and long-term reliability of the new sewer line.
Technician arrived on site to diagnose a sewer system issue after customer reported slow drains and recurring backups. Performed visual inspection of fixtures, checked cleanout access, and evaluated flow throughout the system. Used diagnostic methods to identify potential blockage, damaged pipe, or root intrusion in the sewer line. Discussed findings with customer and recommended next steps for repair or cleaning to restore proper drainage.
Checked in to a residential home to address a clogged toilet that was not flushing properly. Used a professional-grade plunger to clear the blockage and restore normal drainage. Tested multiple flushes to confirm the toilet was flowing correctly and ensured no leaks at the base. Educated the customer on proper toilet use to help prevent future clogs. Toilet is now flushing and draining as it should.
Checked in to replace a failed toilet wax ring due to leaking at the base of the toilet. Pulled the toilet, removed the old wax ring, inspected the flange, and installed a new heavy-duty wax ring to ensure a proper seal. Reset the toilet, secured bolts, and tested for leaks to confirm proper operation. Toilet is now sealed correctly with no signs of water leakage.
Arrived on site to address a leaking shower drain. Inspected the existing P-trap and found it damaged and no longer sealing properly. Removed the old P-trap and installed a new code-compliant shower P-trap, ensuring proper alignment and slope for correct drainage. All connections were securely glued and sealed. Tested the shower drain for leaks and verified proper flow before restoring service. Shower is now draining correctly with no leaks present.
Checked in today to assess and provide a quote for a full plumbing rough-in for a barndominium. Reviewed layout plans, fixture locations, water supply routing, drain, waste, and vent (DWV) requirements, and main water service tie-in options. Discussed materials, code compliance, and timeline with the customer. Preparing a detailed estimate for labor and materials to complete the rough-in plumbing work.
