First, I do not yet have the bill, so I gave only one star below. Since we first considered buying this condo in the spring of 2017, I have been concerned about the sump pit on the floor of the garage (even though it is covered with a scrap of linoleum and even though it has a warning sign). I asked David to respond to it (it is way back in the garage). He said it is not SAFE it is not HEALTHY. I have been thinking those thoughts for over a year. I asked him how to remediate it, and he said...add a new sump pump and tie it into to the pipe that serves the older sump pump that is under my neighbor's private elevator. David will give us an estimate on a new sump pump (installed and connected to the pipe being used for the older sump pump). (I also asked him to let me see that working sump pump...I had never seen it. He kindly showed it to me.) He clearly explained how he was going to fix the sump pump pipe where it leaks. He fixed it. I could not be more pleased. My husband Keith is also very pleased.

Prompt service but charged us for a new water tank which is covered under warranty so we were charged for a new one and they took our old one (3yr) let’s hope I get reimbursed for the tank (which I doubt) in my opinion why bother getting a good one because either way your stuck paying for a new on

Thought the technician was great. He did a good job and was personable. Not his fault but he was unable to replicate the dripping issue I had with the on/off valve. My only complaint was I had to pay for a new stopper system but did not get the new stopper. Only the tailpipe. While the quality was high standard and represented in the cost, it would have been nice to have the stopper as well.
