We had a late night emergency of a blocked kitchen sink with a "less than a week old" baby in the house. From the initial phone call with Ken or Kent to the fantastic, efficient service from Tenzin, to the incredible price- it was top notch at every touch point. Tenzin arrived at 7 am as promised and was polite, professional and knowledgeable. We were told he was double vaccinated and he certainly followed strict COVID protocols. The situation was assessed, dealt with quickly, tested for long term satisfaction and recommendations were made for future (home plumbing was done in the 1950's). The price was slightly lower than estimated and provided excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend Everest Plumbing and we will use them again if needed. THANK you for delivering well, as promised. It was the perfect start to the day after another sleepless night with the baby. WONDERFUL!!!
