Had no issue with technician who came. He explained everything so I could understand what the issue was and how it was a temporary fix to snake for the clog. The issue I have with the company is that the price the technician told me was $100 more than what is was quoted over the phone. On phone I was told $200 to $280. The technician told me $280 to $380 before he got started. I was not in a position to say no and had to go with current fix due to sink not working.
