We had a clogged kitchen sink. Indra came and explained what the possible causes could be and what he would be doing to try and rectify the issue. He also provided information on what could be done if he was not successful. Ultimately he was able to fix the issue with his expert knowledge. He also provided us tips on what to do going forward to minimize the issue from happening again. In route was very friendly, knowledgeable, and straightforward.
