Came out in less than 24 hours after initial call. Both TJ and Neil were professional and respectful. Told me how they were going to do to fix initial problem, and then offered additional options should I want to proceed beyond that. No pushy up sell or surprise final cost. I will definitely call them again for my plumbing needs.
