Randy was extremely helpful in finding our water leak and explained what he was looking for and what he found to be the problem. He was efficient and friendly and helped us with fair pricing for a problem that could have been much worse. I would definitely recommend Randy to anyone and will be using his services when we need to replace our water heater and possibly upgrade to a tankless system.
