We were really happy with Juan's work. He managed to fix a tough clog from the previous owners of our condo without opening up the wall, along with another clog and a broken trap. He had to come back another day to finish but didn't charge us extra. He was friendly, professional, and happy to explain what was going on. I appreciated that he and his partner wore booties over their shoes inside the apartment.
