Two faucets in 1st floor women's restroom replaced. No issue found with toilet.
Rebuild hallway bathroom toilet with new fill valve and flapper. Reseal toilet tank at bowl, tighten bolts holding tank to bowl.
Water heater on east end just installed could put a pan and pipe to outside onto walkway. West side water heater is installed next to a floor drain no need to put a pan
First stall Women’s restroom-same bathroom 1st floor, near the door, the handle sticks and the toilet runs. Adjust and test.
Dig and expose leaking water main. Replace broken 1 1/2 inch pvc fitting on water main. Back fill and compact soil.
1) Open hole in floor of upstairs restroom as small as possible to accommodate the installation of 6" floor drains. 2) Install new P-Traps with new floor drains. Connecting to existing sewer waste lines.
Adjust and clear slow draining urinal in downstairs men’s restroom
Hydrojet two (2) lines from 2nd floor restrooms to main line
Rebuild men’s restroom toilet with new fill valve and flapper
Replace broken gate valve with new ball valve.
Cable and clear toilet stoppage. Broken flapper and clogged toilet combo created flooding.
Insert Stink Stopper diaphragm into bathroom floor drain to eliminate smell
Install new electric 30 gallon water heater. Includes labor, new heater, new supply lines and haul away of old heater.
Replace broken gate valve with new ball valve.
