I am sort of disappointed with my service the 2nd time. I first called out 3/2019 for leaky toilet knob. I have a total of 3 toilets in the house. The plumber looked at all 3, fixed knob and flaps on 2. Three months later, the 3rd toilet had same problem. So another plumber came out. The first visit charge was $200. Second visit was another $200. I felt like had the plumber changed all 3 at same visit, I could have saved some cost.

Sewer leak on 4" waste line in wall by master bedroom. Open drywall. Cut out bad section and replace with new pipe.
Preventative maintenance drain cleaning. Hydro Jet all kitchen lines to remove scale, debris and build up.
Clear clogged mainline through cleanout in break room with 3/4 inch mainline machine (cabled from cleanout to city sewer)
Replace 5 angle stops underneath kitchen sink and bathroom sink with quarter turn valves and 4 supply lines
WATER HEATER - Current water heater dated 1995 has gas leaking from the control valve. Remove old heater and install new 40 gallon water heater. Includes new heater, new supply lines for gas and water, gas valve and flex line, gas sediment trap, thermo expansion tank, earthquake straps and haul away of old heater.
Run new hot and colt water lines through attic and drop down in the walls to pick up kitchen sink, laundry, dishwasher, water heater, shower, bathtub, two toilets and bathroom sinks, cold water line starts from water service in back with new ball valve, hose bib and regulator, all new angle stops and supply lines for every fixture, new water heater with supply lines for water and gas, expansion tank and sediment trap for water heater, install two new moen posi temp shower valves
Install new shower valve in hallway bathroom, walls opened by customer
Snake kitchen line. Stopped with grease, explained no warranty for snake. Recommended jetting
