I had a terrible experience with another local plumbing company and was in tears. We had no hot water for 2 days and by the time i called Hansens it was already getting late. Peggy was so nice and got someone to come out right away. She continually touched base with me and called when she said she would. Blake was very professional and took his time to figure out what was wrong with our water heater. We needed a new water heater which had to be replaced the next day but he atleast fixed it so we could get hot water to shower. Amazing service and will definitely call again for future plumbing issues.
