Ian solved our shower drain stoppage with a snake. He is very knowledgeable and went beyond the call of duty by cutting out the faulty drain plate that was installed poorly and glued-in and replaced it with a reliable, easy to remove drain screen! Thank you for your expertise. Hal and Terry
