Yea! Now my dishwasher finishes it's cycle. The tech came and checked the valve. At first it seemed to function properly, turning this way and that, but after he opened it up, it was determined, that though the valve was turning top side, inside was another story. So he replaced it... Just to make sure the dishwasher was getting enough water, he the tested the lines into the washer and under. Success. It all works Thank you very much!
