Call for smell from crawlspace. Arrived and spoke with Scott. He mentioned he went in the crawlspace to perform checks and smelled a bad smell. Looking in the back he saw puddles of water. Inspection revealed failed cast iron pipe section between kitchen and main line. Sewage has leaked on to plastic and started under moisture barrier as well. I recommend contacting Reliable Restoration to assist in sewage extraction and to assist with other restorative work.
