Price is to furnish and install two new pressure assisted tanks for men’s and women’s toilets. Will dispose of the old tank, connect the new tanks to the toilet base with new supply lines, and test for proper function and no leaks. Credited back the 49 dollar dispatch fee that was collected on the first visit. 6/30/25 Returned and replaced both pressure assisted tanks with new pressure assist tanks. Installed new supply lines and tested flushes to ensure proper function and no leaks. No leaks were found on the new supplies, but the toilets didn’t flush properly. Noted water backing up in the floor drains. Went and removed the cleanout behind the bathrooms and saw standing waste and water. Informed customer that the bathroom groups are backing up and the line needs to be jetted and inspected. Will return once customer receives approval for the work.
