***Proposed work: Perform after hour/nighttime excavation at the area where the leak is most likely present Water service to the entire shopping center would be temporarily shut off during work to safely perform the excavation and minimize disruption to tenants We will carefully expose the existing waterline to visually locate and confirm the source of the leak Once the leak is identified required material materials and fittings will be determined Necessary parts will be ordered and repairs will be completed after confirmation from customer All work will be performed using the best practices to minimize stress on surrounding piping Excavation and exposure of the suspected leak area will start at $3000. Final repair cost will be determined after line is exposed and all necessary parts ordered a deposit may be required.
