During a recent service call, the customer contacted us due to water accumulating on the ground near their pool area. We identified that the source of the issue could be related either to the pool itself or potentially the septic tank, which had not been pumped out in a few years. To diagnose the problem, I use a camera inspection and the specialized equipment to determine cause used clean out, leading to the septic tank. Initially, the cleanout appeared to be full of water, which suggested a potential clog. I explained to the customer that is part of the process to determine the cause of the issue. After running equipment through the line, I found no actual stoppage. The camera inspection confirmed that the line itself was clear, but the septic tank was in lndeed full. Therefore, my recommendation to the customer is to have the septic tank pumped out, as it has not been pumped out or serviced in several years.
