Came out for a high water bill. We isolated service line and found active leak of .28 gpm. No sign of leak in yard or around exterior of home. Gave quote options to repair/replace the water service. Water heater also needs a new expansion tank. Left quote to replace expansion tank/water heater. Homeowner going out of country soon and wants to wait until he returns to decide how he wants to address this issue. Showed him how to turn water off at the meter in the meantime.
