I was rudely treated several times by your office manager when I asked for both a warranty and a manual for my water heater and was arrogantly, and rather brazenly incorrectly told that a printed warranty was. I longer provided by manufacturer. The faucet drips a tad after the new cartridge was installed but rather than work with your firm again I learned to live with the irritant. It would take a personal apology from the owner to ever work with your firm again.
