Richie Shaw, the owner, has been amazing to work with. He has helped us with some drain issues, rebuilt our toilet, fixed and upgraded the pipes to the washing machine, and installed our new bathtub. He’s honest and will give you all the options and then his opinion of what needs to be done. He works hard and gets the job done in a timely manner. He’s gone above and beyond for us, working on weekends and late nights and picking up parts needed. He’s always had our best interest in mind, even if it meant extra work for him.
