Our kitchen was destroyed in a flood from 4 floors above, creating a total loss and months of restoration and rebuilding. On our drop dead date to finish the project, which was the Saturday before Thanksgiving, Richie came at night and worked until 11:15PM to get all kitchen plumbing hooked-up and working, so our tenants could have a functional kitchen in which to prepare their celebration the next day. He was professional, nice, a committed troubleshooter, collaborative, and covered all the bases.
