It always happen on the week end sink backing And line was full of grease . So I got the number for JBL I call them at 7am on Sunday I never got a call back until late afternoon and the tech apologized for not getting back sooner due to phone issues . He said do you still need help I said if you can make it today would be very nice . He did reply I have couple job and be there in the evening ,then by 9pm The tech show up and let me tell you it was by far the best experience I had with company very gracious polite apologies Richard Shaw handle the situation of the problem very professional and explain to me what was going to be done Clear the line and fix the issues less then 1 hours Thank you so much Richard I recommend JBL for sure
