I had an unusual and frustrating experience making an appointment for my annual air conditioner maintenance. And it ended up being done at end of the season unfortunately. I called Lowe Plumbing after my pipes froze and then exploded in a waterfall all over my den. Even on a holiday, I received prompt and professional service as I have always received! I heard that there was a long list of emergencies on New Year’s Day because of the frigid conditions. I did mention I was a current client and I believe that did help get me ahead of the pack as Jeff Lowe called in more service technicians to handle the onslaught of problems and called me to make sure Nate had arrived and everything was being fixed, which it was. Thanks Nate...who speaks highly of Jeff Lowe and the “Lowe family”...hope you got to watch a little of the sports today. You did a great job and I appreciate it. You pay for what you get.

Telephoned for an appointment, and was able to be scheduled the next day. Jon Jameson, was the plumber that arrived. Friendly personality, and very attentive when I discussed an existing problem. Service on my air conditioning system was done with attention to detail. An explanation in regards to my need for a new condensate pump, with discussion in regards to cost and what exactly was found in the old " RIP" pump. Was impressed by the fact that he had an historical overview of visits that were made over the years, and the services that took place. As with many things, it was a good feeling and one of confidence and trust in the work being done. Don't find that too often, these days. Thank You So Much!!!!!
