Michael was prompt and identified the problem that I was having immediately. After figuring out what was wrong with my water heater he then called several locations to locate a replacement part, and after not being able to track one down in my area, managed to find one that wasn't being used at the shop. Now, not only do I have hot water, but I also have a plumbing company to recommend anytime someone asks. I'll happily return as a customer as well. And not enough nice things can be said about my experience with Michael and Jennings Plumbing Services.
