Mr. Hurley contacted Spartan plumbing in regards to a water softening system he would like to have installed. evaluation was performed on homes water quality and determined water quality is at 8 Grains per gallon of hardness. Water pressure at 75 psi. Water softener is installed right at Home‘s water meter and needs to discharge into the nearest sump pit. Tested pumps pumps showing signs of being compromised and highly recommend replacement of two pumps also noticed while performing evaluation clothes washer hoses and shut off‘s should be replaced as soon as possible provided Mr. Hurley with options to replace these items and allowed him to review these options on the tablet. Mr. Hurley did not I have a decision made today and asked if he could have a couple days to think about it I advised him if he would like us to follow up he agreed and asked for a follow up in a couple days. Installed a 40 gallon gas water heater in Trenton, OH
Customer had a broken cast iron toilet flange. When going to insert a new expansion PVC toilet flange, found the cast iron to be too corroded on inside to insert new expansion flange. Instead put on a metal repair flange and drills through cast iron into concrete sub floor. 1 year warranty on parts and labor.
