Install pro series 2400 backup sump pump with Zoeller M-98 primary pump.
Install zoeller sump pump just before water level reaches too of sump pit, preventing basement from flooding.
When we first diagnosed this toilet over the phone it sounded like the toilet would need to be replaced. Upon arriving to the job we noticed it was leaking from a different location than was previously thought. Instead of replacing the toilet we were able to make the repair which saved the homeowner a few hundred dollars.
This was a 7 year old Moen faucet that was starting to have trouble moving from side to side. One of the nice things about Moen is they provide a lifetime warranty on every fixture. The homeowner contacted Moen and they shipped out a brand new faucet which was installed by our plumbers.
Toilet was backup up and the plunger just wasn't doing the trick. We were able to auger the toilet and clear the blockage.
Homeowner reported smelling gas when the gas fireplace was turned on. These old gas valves will sometimes leak. We were able to fix the leak by tightening up the packing nut around the shut off without having to install a new shutoff.
