"You can judge a craftsman by his tools," and this was the case with Chase. He came in on a last minute call, diagnosed the problem, and repaired my kitchen sink drain in a professional manner. I thought that it was a competitive price, and he got me out of jam while remodeling my house.

I needed a lot of water and gas work done since the house was a badly neglected foreclosure. He came in and fixed everything In total, I saved almost $1000 in repair costs by going with KC Plumber Pro instead of the major "well-known" competitor in the area. Replace a temperature and pressure relief valve on 100 gallon commercial water heater.
Water supply on refrigerator was filling extremely slow. Saddle valve was replaced with ball valve.
Replace a sump pump with 6" of water in the basement. Got a little wet on this install but happy to help.
Install 50 gallon state select water heater. Checked water pressure and it was 120 psi. Installed a new PRV and thermal expansion tank. Also replaced main shutoff valve.
Install sump pump and replace discharge line.
Install new shutoff and drip leg to bring water heater up to code for real estate inspection. Also removed copper gas line and replaced with steel piping.
Install pro series 2400 backup sump pump with Zoeller M-98 primary pump.
Install new section drain for kitchen sink.
