Rest toilet and raise closer flange after leak caused from tile guy attempting to plumb.

Replace main shutoff valve with 1/4 turn ball valve.
Clear bathroom drain for sink and bathtub. Also replaced aerator for bathroom faucet.
This home had a finished basement and the sump pump had quit working a few weeks back. With all the snow melting the ground was becoming saturated and the sump pit was starting to fill up. We replaced the sump with a 1/3 hp Zoeller and added a Blue Angel backup sump pump with a battery charger built in. This type of backup requires less maintenance then traditional backup pumps.
This homeowner finished their own basement with a little plumbing help from us. We had previously roughed in the plumbing and are have now completed the finish work for this basement bathroom that features a shower, 36" vanity, and Kohler toilet.
