I had been with Kevin Shaw Plumbing for many years because of Jose. We moved to a smaller place and did not renew membership. When I had a small problem in our new place, I called Kevin Shaw and was so happy to see Jose again. Jose was as before helpful, respectful and I was reminded to the reason why I had stayed with Kevin Shaw all those years past. Just consistently excellent service with Jose.
