Legacy 4 contacted me promptly after I reached out for help to solve a plumbing issue. Spoke to Jennifer and she got me scheduled quickly. Tim was on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it effectively and efficiently. Never a highlight to deal with plumbing problems, but Jennifer and Tim’s good service and great attitudes will have me use Legacy 4 again.

We had a major stoppage that a different plumber could not fix. We scheduled a new service call with Legacy 4 Plumbing and Cody came out and had us working again in about 15 minutes. He was able to remove the clog through our outside access point, proving that the expensive camera option that the previous plumber wanted to do was not necessary. I will definitely use Legacy 4 again in the future!

First time using them and very pleased with the whole experience. I called a couple places this morning with nothing available. I called and spoke with Jenny and she was very kind and understanding. Found a way to get me an appointment the same morning. When Tim showed up, he knew what to expect and was very knowledgeable and friendly. Work was done efficiently and couldn’t be happier with the service. I even asked a vague question about water heater replacement and he took the time to measure and give me an idea of what to expect when the time comes. Also, some maintenance tips until then.
