I have been a long-standing client of Majestic and have received excellent service on both plumbing and electrical. Most recently J J, repaired and electrical issue which was not an easy project as I live in an older home which has been renovated over the years. He stuck with it until he found the problem and took care of it. He also installed a ceiling fan and went out of his way to get a longer pull chain for me and an extender so the fan would be at the right height for my high ceiling. He gave great service and he was a really nice person and pleasure to work with.

Light pilot light on the water heater No warranty Replace current water heater is 11 years old never flushed out T&P actually has a small drip on it the gas wupply(gas whip) is undersize the adapter is made on to the shut off valve (gas cock) we had a replace to shut off on the water. The PRV is original to the house we need to be replaced shut up off of the water heater is the original for the house also needs to be replaced We will pull permit on the job one year warranty on labor and material supply them is it just the plumbing in electric Replace shut off valve 1 year warranty on labor The shut off valve is not functioning
Attempted to remove old crumbling insulation and replace with new.
Replace moen posi temp cartridge in upstairs guest bedroom bathroom (kids bathroom) 90 day warranty on labor and material supplied by majestic plumbing and electric
This is not guaranteed to solve the knocking but it is the most likely solution.
Install customer supplied shower valve in the master The price given is for the rough in an additional charge will be applied for the trim out 1 year warranty on labor
Install customer supply gas control valve current heater is a 2018 heater if the heater has not been flushed salmon can cause rust on the threads with the gas control valve goes into the heater we are not responsible if the thread stripper break if this happens the heater will need to be replaced 90 day warranty on labor not on water leaks
Repairs apply to: water heater number one, and dryer number two.
Repipe both bathroom groups leaving the shower drain and tub drain that is already piped with PVC on the tub drain as a piece of cast-iron is between the PVC for whatever reason installing new closet flange in the master bathroom 2 year warranty on labor An additional quote will be given for picoting the line going out and installing a clean out outside the house or just replacing the line completely Also replace the remainder the kitchen sink and laundry line Pulled fernco in crawlspace for shower and tub drains and removed the blockage
Replace tankless water heater with comparable model currently coating out with a code 10 which is an intake issue or exhaust issue the unit was only serviced one time back in January it was installed in 2011 never had any issues out of it until this past year and customer request a quote on just replacing the unit it would be a one year warranty on labor and any manufacture warranty I will also include one free flushing for a year after it’s installed
