First we will demo the old double vanity and remove this is capping off the water lines and drain for this family watch removed we will bring up the new vanity in basement and set in place attached to the wall and hook up the new customer supplied faucets and drain line to complete that task. The day we do that we would also like to take care of the shower pan install with new shower valve After we complete these two task I will have michael’s guys build a frame for the tub so we can drop the new Jacuzzi tub in for a second trip. For the Jacuzzi part of the job we will be installing a new Roman tub valve piping waterlines to the valve and piping drain line for new Jacuzzi tub and then setting of Jacuzzi tub of course all parts and labor supplied by Majestic is covered under a two year warranty any customer supplied parts will have no warranty. If we run into any unforeseen Variables charges may apply.
