Light pilot light on the water heater No warranty Replace current water heater is 11 years old never flushed out T&P actually has a small drip on it the gas wupply(gas whip) is undersize the adapter is made on to the shut off valve (gas cock) we had a replace to shut off on the water. The PRV is original to the house we need to be replaced shut up off of the water heater is the original for the house also needs to be replaced We will pull permit on the job one year warranty on labor and material supply them is it just the plumbing in electric Replace shut off valve 1 year warranty on labor The shut off valve is not functioning
This is not guaranteed to solve the knocking but it is the most likely solution.
This estimate is to remove the handles from the two widespread faucets in the master bathroom and install them in a more proper manner. THEY WILL STILL BE BACKWARDS (moving the handle back will turn the water on.) They will just be in the off position when they are parallel. This estimate includes installing a customer supplied utility sink faucet and repairing a leaking p-trap fitting in an upstairs bedroom bathroom. This estimate also includes diagnosing basement drain issues

Preform leak search in basement ceiling Found a half inch copper pipe in the living room next to the kitchen partition I recommend to cut out the bad section and replace the section 1 year warranty on labor Also had to remove the drain next to it 1 year warranty on labor
Repaired leaking section of 1/2†PEX hot line pipe from above basement ceiling. Was able to access area from utility closet to make repair without damage to drywall. Checked for leaks upon completion and found none.
Someone ran over the meter box pushing the box down to the PVC adapter to the meter causing it to break had to remove the meter box and dig up the area to perform the repair there’s a 90 day warranty on labor and material

Jetted the line from the cast iron clean out next to the apartment
Currently it appears to be the wax ring for the master bathroom toilet (water closet) is leaking causing the floor to swell I recommend to have archer come out and remove the water and anything else they demanded necessary If the closet flange (toilet flange) is broken a quote will be needed
