Harold was very professional. Company quote on installation of two bath faucets before and after offered discount were both outrageous. Again my problem with your company has nothing to do with Harold. I would never use Majestic again or refer to anyone. Anyone would have to be stupid to pay $900.00 To have Two faucets installed.

I was very impressed with the personal service Lonnie provided. He showed up with what I believe was incredible speed based on the fact he had just finished another job South of Atlanta. He replaced the water heater and brought the plumbing and gas lines up to code and finished the job like a pro. He surely saved the day for my tenant and her family since cold showers are no fun no matter how hot it is outside!

Have you Majestic many times so I gave them a call when my disposal started leaking. They came out and were able to replace it within 30-40 minutes. They were very professional, showed up on time and cleaned up before they left. Fair price with a discount for being a repeat customer!

Both Steve and Eric were helpful, timely and very professional. Eric even waited while we had to replace a broken sink from Home Depot! The front office staff made sure that both the electrician and plumber were at the property at the same time as I live about an hour away, and no one lives at the property. Repairs went great. The dollar amount was given up front. The property was being shown the next day; otherwise, I would have never gone through with either the electrical or plumbing work. I was stuck. I think charging $300 to install a garbage disposal is laughable as is $200 for each faucet installation. The electrician replaced a switch, installed a ceiling fan, replaced the front porch light and the hallway light for $450. Outrageous. But I paid it and knew what the price was up front. I didn't have time to walk away and forgo the service as the property was being listed for sale the next day. Money aside, everything was first rate, from the office staff, to the punctuality and knowledge of the professionals. The service and end results were first class--especially Eric, the plumber.

Repipe both bathroom groups leaving the shower drain and tub drain that is already piped with PVC on the tub drain as a piece of cast-iron is between the PVC for whatever reason installing new closet flange in the master bathroom 2 year warranty on labor An additional quote will be given for picoting the line going out and installing a clean out outside the house or just replacing the line completely Also replace the remainder the kitchen sink and laundry line Pulled fernco in crawlspace for shower and tub drains and removed the blockage
Recommend IN-Cide cleaner for sewage backup. Attempted to clear main line blockage from 2 clean outs in backyard. Unable to create a flow of the drain. Believe there is an issue with the field lines of the septic system or the septic tank needs to be pumped. Customers hallway bathroom toilet needs a new wax ring, but recommended to customer to get stoppage fixed before completing that repair.

Sink Notes: customer bought wrong style kitchen sink. They will exchange it for the right style. When they have sink customer will call. I have already removed old sink. Told customer that I would be available all weekend and will return as soon as possible.
This will be to flush out the water heater and to check the thermal expansion tank and T and P valve for proper operation. Includes cleaning the pressure reducing valve and adjusting it to proper pressure. âš ï¸ Standing water pressure is 115 psi. This is too high.

This estimate is to add a sewage ejector pump LE50 to an existing basin. If the basin is compromised and needs to be replaced a new estimate will be drawn up and presented. The drain for the pump will have to tie into the 3†against the wall above the shelves. A shut off and check valve will need to be installed on the drain line as well. The shelves will need to be moved prior to the date of the job. The vent will tie into the existing vent line NOT the one closest to the bathroom.
