sink was backing up the main line. Ran sink machine roughly 45 feet until I was well cleared
run new pex t&p line exiting the home the current line is pvc which is not rated for hot water and is going to a floor drain on the other side of the basement
Look at plumbing in kitchen up to 4 bathrooms. Check for leaks and drips on water heater and check pressure. Also includes looking over of all accessible plumbing that does not require to take anything apart, get in attic or crawl space. In some cases a portion or all of this amount may be applied to work if approved at time of troubleshooting.
redid connections and installed switches in 3 Gang Box by kitchen and installed switches and to box by living area

Repaired Junction for stove in kitchen cabinet. Installed connector into bath fan downstairs. Remove ground broken off and Outlet on back porch. Diagnostic on rear flood light. Flood light has bad motion sensor. Gave quote to install GFI where needed per inspector throughout home.
