This also includes our home care club membership program. Customer stated: they had a leak in they’re front yard. Technician notes: while at the house today I found on the main water line there was a pvc coupling had a crack in it causing the leak to show. I discussed with the home owner about the water meter still spinning and she said she would give the office to call tomorrow. Resolution: today I repaired a ruptured water line in the front yard. Customer stated: shower doesn’t come on only tub spout. Tech notes: tenant says that someone put on a diverter style tub spout when there is a 3 handle shower valve. So she was using the tub spout also because the diverter on middle hand of shower valve was spinning freely not catching the grooves so I removed handle and made sure it wasn’t broken and it wasn’t but the adaptor was loose so I tightened Allen screw on stem adaptor and installed the acrylic handle back on. Resolution: after putting everything back together I made sure it worked and everything is working fine at this time. The handle is in full operation now and tenant knows now that she doesn’t have to use the diverter on tub spout just the middle handle diverter. Mgp notes: talked to Jeremiah and he said he will let Cary know on the approval for this estimate I built. Autho: bill resi pro for the sold estimate Estimate notes: sold Job status: complete This estimate is to tighten up the acrylic handle on 3

Out today to perform whole home plumbing inspection. The has 3 full and 2 1/2 bathrooms inside and 1 full in the out building. They have 2 50 galllon natural gas water heaters located in the basement that were installed in 2020. The gas supply lines to these heaters should be replaced as they are run in thin walled copper and not up to code. Additionally, we found 2 two gallon expansion tanks both holding water and not properly secured, we recommend replacing these as soon as possible. The whole home water pressure is 60 pounds per square inch which is within code. We found one hose bib with a small drip in the basement which was corrected by tightening the packing nut. All estimates have been discussed with the homeowner while on site. Job complete Please forward estimates
