Customer stated: interested in their home plumbing inspection and water heater flush. Technician notes: My Georgia Plumber went out to perform an Annual Whole Home Plumbing Inspection and Water Heater Flush. We arrived and inspected the water heater. The heater is a Rheem 40 gallon natural gas heater (2022). The heater was flushed and there was a moderate level of sediment. The basement mop sink and basement kitchen sink are functional and there are no signs of leaks. On the main floor, the kitchen fixtures and half bath fixtures are functional with no leaks. On the second floor, the guest bath, master bath, and washer box fixtures are functional and do not show signs of leaks or corrosion. The customer did not have any areas of concern. After the inspection and flush we bled the lines to remove excess air. Resolution/Recommendations: performed whole home plumbing inspection and water heater flush. No further action needed.

Customer stated: they had no hot water. Tech notes: called out today to look at a home with no hot water. While on sight I found the hot water heater didn’t have a a flame on the burner assembly. So I lit the burner using the gas control valve and found the water heater is functioning properly as should. Resolution: relit the water heater. Job status complete.
Tenant Stated: They had no water through out the home. They also had a leak coming from the yard that was pouring into the street. Tech Notes: Upon inspection I found that the water was shut off at the water meter which is the reason the tenant is not able to get any water through out the home. I found that there is a leak coming the water meter, and is coming from the 3/4” PVC fitting that connects to the galvanized piping for the water meter itself. I let the tenant know I would need to shut off water to whole home as well as at the meter to dig around the meter box to make necessary repairs. Resolution: I was able to successfully cut out section of 3/4” PVC piping located in front yard/connected to the meter, and replace with brand new 3/4” pex piping along with fittings with no issues. I fully pressurized the whole line with no issues or leaks. I was also able to successfully repack the dirt/soil around the water meter with no issues. Job Notes:**Please bill out to ResiPro as
