Customer states: leaking kitchen sink and leak in hallway bathroom shower Technician notes: out today to inspect the leak under kitchen sink and hallway bathroom shower leak. The kitchen sink is leaking due to tubular and basket strainer not being installed properly. Rebuild tubular and installed new basket strainer. Filled sink up 3 times and checked and tested for leaks. Everything is working as it should. Hallway bathroom shower was leaking due to shower arm not being installed properly and only being hand tight. Removed shower arm and applied Teflon and pipe dope and tighten down properly. Customer stated: the whole home is stopped up. Tech notes: called out today to look at a whole home stoppage. While on site I found no clean out and no man holes while entering the neighborhood. Home owner stated they had a different plumber out who had supposedly cleared it but started clogging again immediately after they left. Resolution: I recommend having the septic tank pumped. Job notes: this job is a resipro job. Rear hose bib is broken and won’t turn on. Front hose bib is street pressure. Job status: not complete

We arrived at the home and no one answered the door I called the tenant and they told me that someone else had come out yesterday and fixed the issue No one home no work performed

The tenants complaint is they received a high water bill We found the meter was spinning and you could hear water spraying at the meter We dug at the meter and found a sinch ring that had became loose and was allowing the water to leak out of the line We cut out the bad ring and made a swing joint repair to the water line tested with no issues Job completed No new estimates are needed

The tenants complaint is that they are seeing water damage to the basement ceiling in the same area as before We found a large area of water damage in the basement ceiling We cut the ceiling to determine where the leak is coming from We found the Leak coming from the cold side of the guest bathroom shower I removed the handle and found the packing nut was screwed completely out of the stem allowing water to spray into the handle We also found there is high water pressure I recommend replacing the shower valve We did go ahead and tighten the packing nut back into the stem and that has stopped the leak We replaced the prv in the crawl space Tested with no issues Job completed Estimates built and ready to send No visible clean out

RETURN TRIP NEEDED -Large job damaged pipes are under the slab inside the home. Will need to cut aprox 30' of concrete aprox 2' wide to expose damaged section of pipe, remove and replace. Problem starts at red tape on floor in pics. Then back fill the trench and finish floor. Bid does not include putting flooring back only pouring concrete back to finished floor state. NOTES - Pics were previously submitted. We have been out to this property 2x in past 90 days. If bid is accepted, I credited 50% of those previous jobs towards this repair.

CUSTOMER STATED: The homeowner complaint is that they are not getting any hot water to any fixtures TECHNICIAN NOTES: We found the the tankless water heater is mounted on the exterior wall of the home We tested the water in the kitchen faucet when we first arrived and didn’t get any hot water but after going outside and looking at the unit and testing the unit we found it is producing very hot water at the hot line And after letting the hot water fun for just a couple of minutes that the fixtures started getting hot water Now we did notice that the tankless heater is making a very loud grinding noise as it’s starting up and the noise goes away after 1 minute or so The tankless unit does not have any kind of weather protective covering Or an insulated box to keep the water lines from from being exposed to the temperatures they are wrapped in the pipe foam insulation RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: My recommendation would be to replace the unit JOB NOTES: JOB STATUS
