Upon arrival, customer stated there was a leak underneath the kitchen sink inside the cabinet. After an in-depth evaluation, the following has been determined: * the valve body inside the kitchen faucet is failing causing water to leak from inside the faucet * the faucet needs to be replaced to rectify this issue The customer does not wish to move forward at this time in order to collect estimates. Customer stated if she decides to move forward with our estimate she will let us know. $59 fee has been waived as per Jill.
