Arrived on site customer stated that they have a leak on their water heater. Upon inspection water heater was isolated stuck my hand into the burn chamber and found it was wet. Recommend replacement of the water heater. Installed new water heater and brought everything up to code. Everything appears to be in working order and there appears to be no leaks at this time. Installed kitchen faucet, baskets strainer, and rebuilt toilet in Manchester nj
Arrived on site customer stated that they had a few issues going on. Upon inspection found that the toilet is running and needs a minor rebuild, which includes toilet flapper, fill valve, and new supply line. Customer would like to have kitchen faucet replaced with faucet that they had purchased. They also noticed a leak underneath the kitchen sink when removing all the cleaning products and found that the basket strainer is leaking as well. Gave options and customer would like to move forward with everything with membership. Performed all work stated above and everything appears to be in working order and there appears to be no leaks at this time. Collected payment. Gave $100 discount for free flapper replacement covered under membership program.
Reinstalled toilet, vanity and ice maker line to fridge. Had to replace flange for toilet. Tested work no leaks were found. Caulked vanity and toilet, everything is in working order.
Arrived on site to clear main sewer line through outside clean out. Attempted to clear line with 300 machine multiple times and kept getting stopped at the same point. Attempted to camera line, unfortunately there was no visual due to the line being full of water and debris. Located point that we were not able to get past. Due to not being able to get past a certain point we recommend excavating are to gain access to pipe in order to scope rest of sewer condition. Provided estimate to customer for work described above. Customer will contact us when available to come out for work due to front house being worked on.
Arrived on site to customers home customer stated that they broke the tub spout for their shower. After inspecting customer has a three handle shower valve, we noticed that the copper line for the tub spout broke off. Myguy plumbing gave customer options to rebuild three handle shower valve along with repairing tub spout, and to install a new single handle shower valve, customer will call us back when they choose which option they are ready to move forward with
Arrived on site customer stated that they have no heat. On previous visit found that the power wire for the relay box was loose, trimmed wiring and put back in place and everything worked for approximately 3 weeks. Customer is having same issue now and it appears to be the relay box itself is starting to fail. When pushing on the board it turns on and off so there is a loose connection on the board itself not the power wire entering the box. Recommend replacement of the relay box. Gave options and customer would like to
2 main shut off valves and replace cartridge Arrived to home for leaking main. Upon inspection found that both mains were leaking and water was turned off. Customer also has D old valve that wasn’t holding telling me it’s a cartridge. Left multiple options. Today MyGuy supplied and installed 2 main shut off valves and Moen cartridge. Tested for leaks, there are none at this time. Old handle had wrong screw from beginning and could not reattach handle. Gave customer information to go pick one up because we did not carry replacement on the truck.

Fixed all plumbing issues including a new hose bib
Cut and out removed leaking pipe by water main. Supplied and installed new piping and secured it to the home. Supplied and installed new ball valve for the home water main. Secured my connections. Cut out and removed existing hose Bibb from the home. Supplied and installed new shut off valve for the new hose Bibb. Secured hose Bibb to the home, and also the connections. Rebuild existing glacier bay toilet. Supplied and installed new supply line, flapper, and fill valve. Secured those connections as well. Turned the water back on to the home to check for leaks. There are no leaks at this time. Installed a customer supplied vanity and faucet. Supplied and installed new drainage under the vanity. Screwed vanity to the studs and leveled it out. Pressure tested the sink to check for leaks. There are no leaks at this time. *Replced shut off valves for the toilets in the home as a one time curtesy for the client.

Performed sewer inspection for customer Sewer is SDR Sewer piping. Overall condition of piping is good. However the line is very long from house to street connection. Due to this and settling in the soil the pipe has bellies every 10-15 ft holding about 1/2 in of water at its deepest sections. This could lead to potential back ups in the future. At time of inspection sewer is clear and just holding water at above mentioned bellies. Please see attached photos and videos. Recommend installing two way clean out in the middle of line outside due to length of sewer line.
