Set up appointment five days prior to them coming out told them what I needed done for my Locinvar unit waited around all day came toward the end of the appointment time and couldn’t do anything would have to come back with a different technician because the guy they sent didn’t know anything about it .They were not prepared to work on my unit when I asked them if they could work on my unit .Very disappointed

Arrived on site client stated that their kitchen sink was backed up. Upon inspection client also had a leak that he attempted to repair under the kitchen sink himself. Client stated they also attempted to snake it themselves. Gave options to hydro jet the sink drain and to fix the drainage underneath the sink. Hydro jetted and snaked the kitchen multiple times and when done we repipe the kitchen drainage and tested for leaks and sink drain flow. There are no leaks at this time and the sink is draining as it should. Cause of clog appeared to be a bad grease blockage.
Arrived on site customer stated that they drop an air freshener down the toilet. Upon inspection found the toilet was clogged attempted to clear with auger did not work pulled toilet and removed by hand set toilet. Tested all work and everything appears to be in working order and there appears to be no leaks at this time. Collected payment.
Customer stated that they had some issues that they would like rectified. Myguy plumbing wrote up estimates to get what we found rectified. For today customer would just like options emailed over to them. Myguy plumbing tightened up nut under kitchen sink as a courtesy THERE IS NO WARRANTY
Arrived to the home, customer had recently had their countertops in their kitchen replaced with a new sink and would like up to do the plumbing underneath, customer had already installed the kitchen faucet. Also there is a valve in the laundry room for a utility sink that does not hold water either, when I arrived to the home customer had already shut off the water to the home due to another valve under the kitchen sink not holding water either. I provided options and customer would like to go through with the work quoted and become a member. Supplied and installed new pvc pipe, fittings, tubular drainage and basket strainer under the kitchen sink. Supplied and installed new one new shut off valve under the kitchen sink as well. Secured all my connections and pressure tested the sink to check for leaks. There are no leaks at this time. Supplied and installed two new shut off valves under the utility sink location. Arrived on site customer stated that both bathrooms on the first floor are not working properly and she’s hearing a weird sound from the shower. I then investigate both clean outs first clean out at the curb is dry so checked clean out at house full to the top with water I then snaked main line clean out with 5/8 machine sent about 13ft to open line open after about 25 mins of play with spot back and forth the water dropped and so did all of the fixtures inside two toilets and shower when water went down I can see what looks like a saddle on top of pipe it’s not properly done right ran the camera and it looks like asbestos pipe and it’s being chocked off and that’s why the toilet paper is getting stuck and clogging the line the line need to be replaced from clean out to clean also in the middle of the road there is a belly but clog wasn’t that far made it 60 ft to the town main
Arrived on site to complete customers annual home inspection, after inspecting, myguy plumbing wrote up estimates to get what we found rectified, for today customer would like to move forward with everything, after all work was completed myguy plumbing tested for leaks. At this time there are no leaks everything is working as should.
Arrived on site client stated they could not install their kitchen faucet. Kitchen sink and drainage was already hooked up when we arrived. Hooked up kitchen faucet and turned on valves underneath to test for leaks. Tightened all tubular nuts for the drainage as they were not tight when we arrived. Their are no leaks at this time. Customer husband hooked everything up himself said he wanted us to double check everything from the faucet to the tubular we checked everything for leaks under sink didn’t find anything
Arrived to the home, client is in the process of buying the home from their family members and there are a few plumbing issues that need to be fixed. Main concern is the leaking bathtub drain in the crawlspace portion of the basement. Other issues include, new shut off valves under kitchen sink, kitchen faucet replacement, and two new toilets. Client has stated they would like to purchase their own faucet and toilets. Client is strictly looking for an itemized estimate for the work to be done, we will credit today’s diagnostic fee towards the cost of the work to be completed. *Client is aware that in the process of removing the toilets, there is slight risk that the flanges need to be repaired, or worst case replaced, and the service would come at an additional cost.

Arrived back to the home to replace the primary pump for the client. Removed cover and disconnected the wiring for the floats. Supplied and installed new float and ran all fixtures in the bathroom group to make sure everything is working properly. Everything is up and running properly as it should.
Arrived on site client stated their garbage disposal was not working. Upon inspection we pressed the reset button and put ice down the disposal. Turned the disposal on and the disposal was working as it should.
