We had Charles come out today for an emergency unclogging of our only toilet in the home. He was here surprisingly fast, explained the steps he took as he went, was very personable, and started with the simplest option first, only moving on to the next when it was clear the current option wouldn’t work. His efforts saved us from having to buy a new toilet. We really appreciate him.

Arrived on site client stated their kitchen sink was clogged. Upon inspection in the crawlspace I noticed the kitchen line was not strapped at all and when opening the cleanout it was packed with grease. Advised client it was best to repipe and upgrade the pipe size to 2”. Repiped kitchen line and strapped it every 3ft and added a cleanout. When done I tested the kitchen sink and it is draining as it should.
Arrived on site customer stated that their toilet was making a weird noise and their bathtub was dripping. After inspecting we found that the fill valve for the toilet was no good and the cartridge for the shower was not working properly. After MyGuy plumbing presented options to the customer the customer would only like to move forward with the shower cartridge because they plan on getting the bathroom redone. After all work was completed, MyGuy plumbing tested all work for leaks. At this time their are no leaks found everything is working as should.

Customer stated that the faucet we installed was loose after inspecting we found that the nut underneath the sink came loose. MyGuy plumbing tightened up faucet and everything is working as should.
Arrived on site customer stated that they had a leak. After inspecting we found that the leak is coming from the hot and cold lines for the tub. The only way to access is to demo tile in front of the shower. MyGuy plumbing wrote estimates on what it would be to demo tile. Customer would like to decline work for Today. Visual diagnostic was collected
Hardness 2 pH 7.0 Arrived on site client stated that her first floor toilet was leaking at the base when flushed. Upon inspection in the home I looked at the other toilets and they also appear to be the same age but not leaking. Due to the age it is possible the flange is rotted downstairs and would need to be replaced so I put flange repair cost on the estimates for worse case scenario. Went over multiple options with the customer and she decided she would like to buy her own toilet and have us replace the downstairs toilet with a customer supplied toilet. Took a deposit for today and the client will call us back when she has the toilet.
Arrived on site customer stated that they had a leak. After inspecting we found that the faucet and shutoff valves are leaking under the kitchen sink. After MyGuy plumbing Presented options to the customer. Customer would like to move forward with option 3. After all work was completed MyGuy plumbing turned water on and tested for leaks. At this time there are no leaks found everything is working as should. MyGuy plumbing will have to return at a later date to install new shutoff valve for dishwasher.
Arrived on site client stated that his Navien tankless water heater was giving an error code for exhaust blockage. Upon inspection i removed the exhaust pipe and put my camera up the vent and did not see anything blocking the exhaust. Client then stated that he removed ice from the vent 90 on top of the roof. I then put the exhaust pipe back together and unplugged the unit and put it back in and the error code did not pop up again. Ran fixtures in the home and every fixture is getting hot as it should. Client stated he has not had his tankless flushed and was unaware that it needed to be flushed so I left him options to do that as well but he declined so today we charged a minor diagnostic.

Arrived to home for water co,ing from kitchen sink. Customer stated pipes froze during last storm and defrosted but only the faucet in the kitchen was not working since then. Checked sprayer head and saw that it was clogged with sediment. Explained why this happens so she was aware. There were no other plumbing issues in the home. Collected 59 for coming out.
Arrived on site client stated when he used the dishwasher it would come up out of the kitchen drain. Client isn’t having issues anywhere else in the home but the kitchen. Client would like to snake the kitchen drain today. After snaking multiple times we tested by filling the sink up with hot water and dumping it. Kitchen drain is now draining as it should.
