Arrived on site customer was having problems with sewer line backing up until stop sink downstairs in the basement clean out snake main line and camera to find out what the problem was found true roots from an older cast-iron pipe that has cracks in it. We need to excavate basement and remove old pipe sink camera all the way out to the street to ensure there are no other problems gave customer estimate for repair.

Arrived on site client stated that their laundry sink was backing up anytime something was used in the home. Upon inspection there is a cleanout that is in the basement that was filled with water . There is another cleanout underneath the front porch when opening it it was clear.

Arrived on site client stated that their kitchen sink was clogged and the trap was leaking. Upon inspection client attempted to replace the trap himself but appeared to be unsuccessful. I recommend replacing 3 shutoff valves under the kitchen sink because when turning the cold side valve it had a slow drip to it and the dishwasher valve does not turn easily by hand. Clients main shutoff valve is in a very inconvenient spot downstairs because it is behind a dresser and only the handle is sticking out of the wall so I left prices to cut open the wall, replace the valve with a full port ball valve and add an access panel for easy access in case of an emergency. Clients main shutoff does not want to move forward at this time. We will credit back the Visual diagnostic if client calls back within the next 30 days to perform any work.
