Excellent service w a very knowledgeable and helpful rep, Robert. However the cost seemed extremely high for roughly 20-30 minutes of work.

Excellent Service!

Bob and Jordan came to fix a running toilet and immediately provided a variety of options to consider which included fixing an old toilet or replacing it with a new one. They discussed the pros and cons, provided pricing for replacing versus installing a new toilet and I ultimately decided on installing a new toilet. Bob and Jordan worked efficiently while also quite engaging and friendly. Highly recommend!

Friendly & Professional service!

Charles and Dylan did an amazing job for me. I had an emergency repair that I needed fixed as soon as possible. I was scheduled for 1pm, and they called to let me know they could come earlier than expected. They explained my options to me, did the job quickly and left my bathroom cleaner than when they arrived. I won’t hesitate to call them again.

I tested all shut off valves and all turn very easily and no leaks at this time. We had recently rebuilt the toilets in the home, customer stated that the one toilet still runs on occasion. I discovered that the chain linkage was very tight, I then gave the chain some slack and now the toilet is holding water. I dye tabbed the toilet, after the adjustment, and it has past my test. Throughout the inspection, I did discover that the lav sink was slowly draining and there is no bonding wire on the water heater. I supplied and installed a bonding wire for the water heater and unclogged the lav sink for the client as a curtesy at this time. I advised to the client, that the lav faucets and kitchen faucets are of lower quality and were purchased on the internet, client would like a quote for three faucets installed, clien

Arrived on site to do members annual plumbing inspection. While doing inspection we came across a few issues that we recommend resolving. We found: -Two emergency shut off valves under kitchen sink that are either seized or hard to turn. Meaning that they are showing signs of potential failure. In case of leak on fixtures you are unable to turn these valves which is why we recommend replacement of them. -Two emergency shut off valves under lavatory sink that are either seized or hard to turn. Meaning that they are showing signs of potential failure.
