MyGuy Plumbing was great! Matt &Errol were very professional and explained everything that needed to be done and why. They wore little booties while they were in my house and even asked if there were any other plumbing concerns while they were here. They repaired my valves in a timely manner.

Shane returned to our brand new home for the second day in a row. Our floor installers were pulling up the ceramic tile to install luxury vinyl and as they removed a nail, it was in a water pipe. (We had the same problem the day before) water was squirting up in our new home. Shane arrived as I had requested and he was polite and professional with a friendly demeanor. The work was completed in a timely fashion.

Great workmanship! Came in and introduced themselves then we discussed a few issues with water leaks and valves. They gave us several quoted options and preformed all the necessary work in a clean orderly fashion. They didn’t leave until we were completely satisfied with everything. Customer supplied kitchen faucet in Wall Township NJ
Arrived on site to perform plumbing inspection. Client is on a well and has high acidity. Client has multiple valve in the basement that are either really corroded or are sharkbite valve. Client also has a dripping valve underneath the kitchen sink that shuts off both hot side for the fauacet and for the dishwasher. Upstairs underneath the master bath sink has 2 improper tee fittings that I recommend get replaced.
Arrived on site customer stated that they have a cracked sewer main. Upon inspection found that it froze and broke and is leaking sewage. Gave options on repairs and customer would like to call someone else before making a decision. Collected visual diagnostic fee and will credit towards any work quoted today.
Arrived on site and installed blower motor for boiler tested all work and everything appears to be in working order and there appears to be no leaks. Collected payment
Arrived on site customer stated that the driveway is beginning to sink. Upon inspection sent down a camera and everything appears to be in working order and there is no issues. The pavers are just settling. Performed annual inspection and everything looks ok there is some minor technicality’s on the Navien that we recommend fixing which is running the air intake to the outside of the home and install a full port gas cock on the Navien. Customer is also having issues with reddish orange stains in the shower which is going to be due to the iron in the water went over a few filtration options with the customer. We can install a sediment and carbon filter which will remove sediment, carbon filter is for taste, odor and removal of iron and if customer decides to move forward with that they will still need a inline water conditioner for the Navien. If customer decides they would like to install a water conditoner they will get all the perks of a softener besides the perks of what it does for
Arrived on site customer interested in installing a tankless. Upon inspection found that the gas line will need to be increased to 1-1/4 up to the tee that is feeding the boiler and tankless. We will need run exhaust through the roof and customer will need to get a roofer to install the roof boot and air intake will be ran out the side of the home. Gave. Options and customer is getting a few other estimates before making a decision. Waived visual diagnostic fee
Arrived on site customer stated that they are having an issue with t&p valve leaking and noticed expansion tank was on the hot side and icemaker connection is leaking. Upon inspection found that the expansion tank has failed and it is located on the hot side and the connection at the fridge is leaking. Replaced expansion tank and installed on cold side and made new connection to fridge tested work and everything appears to be in working order and there appears to be no leaks at this time.

Arrived on site client stated that a pipe broke underneath while Home Depot was installing her new dishwasher. Upon inspection client had a 3/4 brass dishwasher tailpiece that snapped. Replaced dishwasher tailpiece and connected dishwasher hose to the pipe. Tested for leaks with hot water and when testing the trap union started slowly leaking due to having to take everything apart. Took trap apart and put pipe dope on it and tested for leaks again with hot water. There are no leaks at this time at the dishwasher connection or the trap union.
Arrived on site customer stated that they have no heat. Upon inspection found that the unit was going into lockout due to the fan malfunction. Contacted dunkirk tech support and they stated that the blower motor is failed and will need to be replaced. Gave options on repairs and customer would like to move forward with work but will need to order parts. Collected $100 down deposit and will be ordering parts and contacting homeowner when parts are in hand.
Arrived on site customer stated that they are having some issues with their Navien combi and would like some baseboard cut and capped. 1. Condensate line runs into the crawl 2.Potable expansion tank on heat side 3. Error code for abnormal water feeder 4. Repipe exhaust and intake Repiped condensate line to condensate pump and ran tubing to laundry standpipe, replaced expansion tank, contacted Navien registered unit and they stated the abnormal water feeder was most likely due to the potable expansion tank. They recommend keeping an eye on it if it occurs again contact them. Navien stated vent terminations were proper for their unit. Tested all work and everything appears to be in working order and there appears to be no leaks at this time. Collected payment.
Arrived on site customer stated that their outdoor shower water line bursted. After inspecting we found that the Moen posi temp shower valve has failed. Myguy plumbing will install a new Moen posi temp shower valve for the outdoor rinse station. After all work was completed myguy plumbing tested for leaks. After testing for leaks myguy plumbing drained down the whole outdoor rinse station to ensure it does not freeze. After all work was completed myguy plumbing tested for leaks are no leaks were found. Everything is working as should. Myguy plumbing will return in the future to install new ball valves for outdoor rinse station

Arrived on site to complete customers annual home inspection. After inspecting, there are no issues that we found. We brought up flushing the water heater to the customer and customer has a contract with New Jersey natural gas. Everything is in working order.
Clean aerators and water pressure is ok now
