Great service!! I’m happy I listen to Facebook comments. I called around 12 pm with an emergency (clogged pipe) was able to get someone through the door the same day by 3 pm. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. So please with the service I even became a member. Javon was very helpful.

Shane returned to our brand new home for the second day in a row. Our floor installers were pulling up the ceramic tile to install luxury vinyl and as they removed a nail, it was in a water pipe. (We had the same problem the day before) water was squirting up in our new home. Shane arrived as I had requested and he was polite and professional with a friendly demeanor. The work was completed in a timely fashion.

Great workmanship! Came in and introduced themselves then we discussed a few issues with water leaks and valves. They gave us several quoted options and preformed all the necessary work in a clean orderly fashion. They didn’t leave until we were completely satisfied with everything. Arrived on site client stated her kitchen faucet was leaking. Upon inspection client has a faucet that is leaking underneath and would like for us to take it off and reinstall it. Let client know beforehand that if it does not work we would have to still charge for our time and we would credit back half of today’s work towards faucet replacement. Client also stated that her alarm for sump pump was going off and a pipe underneath was leaking hot water. Upon inspection it appeared that the boiler was leaking at one point but is not leaking at the moment. We will need to send out our boiler tech to further diagnose the issue.
Arrived to home for high water bill. Meter was spinning. Found that hose bib was slightly turned on and water was spraying. Went into crawl to confirm there were no other leaks. There are none at this time. Meter is not spinning. Removed all hoses from bibs
Today we arrived on site to complete installation of water heater. After all work was completed, MyGuy plumbing tested all work for leaks. At this time there are no leaks found everything is working as should. MyGuy plumbing registered water heater with Bradford white and went over permit process with customer.
Arrived on site customer stated that they had a leak in the kitchen ceiling , customer also stated that they had a a leak under their kitchen sink. After inspecting, we do not see any water damage. It appears when the hot water is draining from the drain pipe the drain pipe is expanding due to the hot water. Customer also has a saddle valve under their kitchen sink that is leaking. MyGuy plumbing gave customer options to cut out saddle valve and install a new shutoff valve for ice maker line. After all work was completed MyGuy plumbing tested for leaks. At this time no leaks are found everything is working as should.
We will be returning tomorrow to install new water heater.
Customer needed an estimate on a brand new water heater. It is 17 years old offered membership gave him a different options. He’s pleased with the price will make a decision.
Arrived on site stated her kitchen sink was slow draining. Client thinks that it may be potato skins that caused the clog. Offered options to hydro jet or snake. Client would like to move forward with the just the snaking today. Snaked kitchen drain and when done filled and dumped the sink with hot water multiple times. Kitchen sink is now draining as it should.
Arrived on site customer stated that they would like thier tankless flushed. After inspecting customer has a Navien tankless. The unit has not been flushed since installed, and that is due to no service ports on the tankless. We advised customer that if the tankless has not been serviced since install. It may not be beneficial to flush the unit. The customer will call us if there is any issues with the unit.

Arrived on site to perform plumbing inspection. Client is on a well and has high acidity. Client has multiple valve in the basement that are either really corroded or are sharkbite valve. Client also has a dripping valve underneath the kitchen sink that shuts off both hot side for the fauacet and for the dishwasher. Upstairs underneath the master bath sink has 2 improper tee fittings that I recommend get replaced.
Arrived on site customer stated that they have a cracked sewer main. Upon inspection found that it froze and broke and is leaking sewage. Gave options on repairs and customer would like to call someone else before making a decision. Collected visual diagnostic fee and will credit towards any work quoted today.
Arrived on site and installed blower motor for boiler tested all work and everything appears to be in working order and there appears to be no leaks. Collected payment
Arrived on site customer stated that the driveway is beginning to sink. Upon inspection sent down a camera and everything appears to be in working order and there is no issues. The pavers are just settling. Performed annual inspection and everything looks ok there is some minor technicality’s on the Navien that we recommend fixing which is running the air intake to the outside of the home and install a full port gas cock on the Navien. Customer is also having issues with reddish orange stains in the shower which is going to be due to the iron in the water went over a few filtration options with the customer. We can install a sediment and carbon filter which will remove sediment, carbon filter is for taste, odor and removal of iron and if customer decides to move forward with that they will still need a inline water conditioner for the Navien. If customer decides they would like to install a water conditoner they will get all the perks of a softener besides the perks of what it does for
Arrived on site customer interested in installing a tankless. Upon inspection found that the gas line will need to be increased to 1-1/4 up to the tee that is feeding the boiler and tankless. We will need run exhaust through the roof and customer will need to get a roofer to install the roof boot and air intake will be ran out the side of the home. Gave. Options and customer is getting a few other estimates before making a decision. Waived visual diagnostic fee
