Excellent service

Great service!! I’m happy I listen to Facebook comments. I called around 12 pm with an emergency (clogged pipe) was able to get someone through the door the same day by 3 pm. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. So please with the service I even became a member. Javon was very helpful.

MyGuy Plumbing was great! Matt &Errol were very professional and explained everything that needed to be done and why. They wore little booties while they were in my house and even asked if there were any other plumbing concerns while they were here. They repaired my valves in a timely manner.

Professional service

Shane returned to our brand new home for the second day in a row. Our floor installers were pulling up the ceramic tile to install luxury vinyl and as they removed a nail, it was in a water pipe. (We had the same problem the day before) water was squirting up in our new home. Shane arrived as I had requested and he was polite and professional with a friendly demeanor. The work was completed in a timely fashion.

Great workmanship! Came in and introduced themselves then we discussed a few issues with water leaks and valves. They gave us several quoted options and preformed all the necessary work in a clean orderly fashion. They didn’t leave until we were completely satisfied with everything. Jerome and Jacob were very professional and personable. They gave me a quick estimate and told me if there were any complications or other damage they would have to revisit the cost. Arrived on site client stated her kitchen faucet was leaking. Upon inspection client has a faucet that is leaking underneath and would like for us to take it off and reinstall it. Let client know beforehand that if it does not work we would have to still charge for our time and we would credit back half of today’s work towards faucet replacement. Client also stated that her alarm for sump pump was going off and a pipe underneath was leaking hot water. Upon inspection it appeared that the boiler was leaking at one point but is not leaking at the moment. We will need to send out our boiler tech to further diagnose the issue.

Arrived to home for high water bill. Meter was spinning. Found that hose bib was slightly turned on and water was spraying. Went into crawl to confirm there were no other leaks. There are none at this time. Meter is not spinning. Removed all hoses from bibs

Today we arrived on site to complete installation of water heater. After all work was completed, MyGuy plumbing tested all work for leaks. At this time there are no leaks found everything is working as should. MyGuy plumbing registered water heater with Bradford white and went over permit process with customer.

Arrived on site stated her kitchen sink was slow draining. Client thinks that it may be potato skins that caused the clog. Offered options to hydro jet or snake. Client would like to move forward with the just the snaking today. Snaked kitchen drain and when done filled and dumped the sink with hot water multiple times. Arrived on site customer stated that they would like thier tankless flushed. After inspecting customer has a Navien tankless. The unit has not been flushed since installed, and that is due to no service ports on the tankless. We advised customer that if the tankless has not been serviced since install. It may not be beneficial to flush the unit. The customer will call us if there is any issues with the unit.

Arrived on site customer stated that the driveway is beginning to sink. Upon inspection sent down a camera and everything appears to be in working order and there is no issues. The pavers are just settling. Performed annual inspection and everything looks ok there is some minor technicality’s on the Navien that we recommend fixing which is running the air intake to the outside of the home and install a full port gas cock on the Navien. Customer is also having issues with reddish orange stains in the shower which is going to be due to the iron in the water went over a few filtration options with the customer. We can install a sediment and carbon filter which will remove sediment, carbon filter is for taste, odor and removal of iron and if customer decides to move forward with that they will still need a inline water conditioner for the Navien. If customer decides they would like to install a water conditoner they will get all the perks of a softener besides the perks of what it does for
