Great service!! I’m happy I listen to Facebook comments. I called around 12 pm with an emergency (clogged pipe) was able to get someone through the door the same day by 3 pm. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. So please with the service I even became a member. Javon was very helpful.

MyGuy Plumbing was great! Matt &Errol were very professional and explained everything that needed to be done and why. They wore little booties while they were in my house and even asked if there were any other plumbing concerns while they were here. They repaired my valves in a timely manner.

Shane returned to our brand new home for the second day in a row. Our floor installers were pulling up the ceramic tile to install luxury vinyl and as they removed a nail, it was in a water pipe. (We had the same problem the day before) water was squirting up in our new home. Shane arrived as I had requested and he was polite and professional with a friendly demeanor. The work was completed in a timely fashion.

Great workmanship! Came in and introduced themselves then we discussed a few issues with water leaks and valves. They gave us several quoted options and preformed all the necessary work in a clean orderly fashion. They didn’t leave until we were completely satisfied with everything. Replaced kitchen faucet, pop up assembly and piped in new valve for fridge ice maker line. Bayville, NJ 08721
Cut Sheetrock to access the drain. Cut out and removed existing shower strainer from the stall. Cleaned flange of enclosure. Supplied and installed new 2 in shower strainer. Applied sealant and secured my connections. Adapted to existing trap using a no hub coupling. Secured those connections and turned the shower on both hot and cold water to check for leaks. There are no leaks at this time.
Arrived on site customer stated that they had a leak under their lav sink. After inspecting we found that the trap was leaking as well as the faucet, MyGuy plumbing wrote estimates on what we found to get rectified. After presenting options to customer, customer would like to move forward with complete rebuild under lav sink and replace faucet with membership. After all work was completed MyGuy plumbing tested all work for leaks. At this time their are no leaks found, everything is operating as should
Arrived on site customer stated that they had a leak in their basement, after inspection we found that the discharge for the wells filtration was frozen. MyGuy plumbing gave customer option to unthaw piece of pvc. Please note r that there is no warranty behind work. MyGuy plumbing unthawed pvc and saw water start to drain down the drain. As of right now everything is working and draining as should.
Arrived back to the home, client has a leak from their upstairs shower stall down into the garage. There is very limited access and majority of the Sheetrock will need to be cut in order to replace the strainer. I advised to the client that a second hand will be needed to make this repair efficiently. Client has requested a first stop morning appointment for the work to be completed. I have accepted a deposit to secure client spot on the schedule. We are returning this Thursday.
Arrived on site customer stated that they had a leak in there garage from the ceiling. After inspecting. MyGuy plumbing cut open sheet rock to access leak after cutting open sheet rock we found that the shower drain is leaking from the shower strainer. MyGuy plumbing will have a senior tech come out and give the customer an estimate to repair leak. For today MyGuy plumbing collected for the demo sheet rock. Once MyGuy comes back out and gives estimates, half of the demo sheet rock will be credited back towards repair.
Arrived on site to complete customers annual home inspection. After inspecting, MyGuy plumbing wrote estimates on what we found to get rectified. As part of the membership inspection MyGuy plumbing cleared lav sink line and everything is operating as should. Customer also wanted the free basic flapper replacement as a per the membership program. While inspecting toilet we noticed the fill valve was leaking. Customer also stated that they would like an option to replace their spray hose on their kitchen sink as it is leaking. For today customer would only like to move forward with performing a minor rebuild on the toilet. After performing minor rebuild, MyGuy pluming tested all work for leaks, at this time thier are no leaks found everything is working. And operating as should.

Arrived to home for main water break. Upon inspection found that when meter is turned on water immediately raises and fills pit. Gave options to replace entire line or spot repair. Would have to remove and replace sidewalk because of how close it is to pit. Collected 59 and will credit
Arrived on site client stated that they would like for us to install her kitchen faucet. Left options to install our kitchen faucet versus installing her faucet. Client has sharkbite valves under the kitchen sink that I recommend replacing. Today the customer would like to just replace the faucet she supplied. Installed faucet and turned the water on to the faucet to test for leaks. There are no leaks at this time.

Arrived on site client stated her kitchen faucet was leaking. Upon inspection client has a faucet that is leaking underneath and would like for us to take it off and reinstall it. Let client know beforehand that if it does not work we would have to still charge for our time and we would credit back half of today’s work towards faucet replacement. Client also stated that her alarm for sump pump was going off and a pipe underneath was leaking hot water. Upon inspection it appeared that the boiler was leaking at one point but is not leaking at the moment. We will need to send out our boiler tech to further diagnose the issue.
Arrived to home for high water bill. Meter was spinning. Found that hose bib was slightly turned on and water was spraying. Went into crawl to confirm there were no other leaks. There are none at this time. Meter is not spinning. Removed all hoses from bibs
