Shane returned to our brand new home for the second day in a row. Our floor installers were pulling up the ceramic tile to install luxury vinyl and as they removed a nail, it was in a water pipe. (We had the same problem the day before) water was squirting up in our new home. Shane arrived as I had requested and he was polite and professional with a friendly demeanor. The work was completed in a timely fashion.

Great workmanship! Came in and introduced themselves then we discussed a few issues with water leaks and valves. They gave us several quoted options and preformed all the necessary work in a clean orderly fashion. They didn’t leave until we were completely satisfied with everything. Upon arrival, customer stated they were still having an issue with your toilet. Customer also stated technician has been out twice to check the problem. After an in-depth evaluation, the has been determined: * customer stated that every once in a while, the toilet would run without being flushed. * customer also stated prior to this visit the fill valve float was getting stuck in the open position. today, Tuesday, September 16, 2025 the following tasks were performed * fill valve was rotated away from the back wall of the tank * flapper gasket was removed and cleaned then reinstalled * rim around the flush valve that meets the flapper was also cleaned and checked for damage All components were tested and are operating as intended by the manufacturer at this time There’ll be no charge for this visit
Today we arrived on site to perform customers annual home inspection after completing inspection, there are some things we found that should be rectified. Customer would like to move forward. After all work was completed my guy plumbing turned the water back on to the home and tested for leaks. At this time there are to no leaks found everything is working as should. My guy plumbing also started up the boiler for the customer. We let the boiler heat up and everything appears to be working as should. I do not see any leaks present at this time. My guy plumbing did not change out toilet valve in upstairs hall bath. My guy would need to open up the wall to replace valve customer would just like to leave it alone for now.

Upon arrival, customer stated the shower handle was too tight to turn. Customers are senior citizens, and the shower handle was becoming harder and harder to return overtime. They stated that the shower valve and trim are new, but since installation it has become more and more difficult to turn. After an in-depth evaluation of the following has been determined. * the sleeve that holds the cartridge in place was over tightened, causing the handle to become extremely difficult to turn. After adjusting the torque, the handle now operates,as intended by the manufacturer. Shower handle issues

Will be sending customer over price to replace Monster Flow cartridge on filter system connected to softener.
Today we returned back to job to lay gas, poly into trench and put entire gas line on test. We patched holes drilled in concrete to pipe in gas. Piped in relief valve for pool heater. Gas line is currently tested and ready for inspection on Monday. Inspection is from 8 to 12. After inspection, we will return in the afternoon too backfill trench, and hook up gas line to unit. 1 year parts and labor warranty
Customer stated that their hose bib didn’t function properly after inspecting the hose bib we found out that it doesn’t shut off all the way. While in the crawlspace we noticed that the dryer vent was disconnected along with the furnace condensate dripping in the crawl space causing puddles of water. We brought this to customers attention. For today myguy plumbing supplied and installed 1 new frost freeze hose bib. As a courtesy we reconnected the dryer vent. After all work was completed we tested for leaks and no leaks were found.
