Shane returned to our brand new home for the second day in a row. Our floor installers were pulling up the ceramic tile to install luxury vinyl and as they removed a nail, it was in a water pipe. (We had the same problem the day before) water was squirting up in our new home. Shane arrived as I had requested and he was polite and professional with a friendly demeanor. The work was completed in a timely fashion.
My Guy plumbing always communicates well and does top notch work
Great workmanship! Came in and introduced themselves then we discussed a few issues with water leaks and valves. They gave us several quoted options and preformed all the necessary work in a clean orderly fashion. They didn’t leave until we were completely satisfied with everything. Would definitely highly recommend Charlie and Danny for any of your plumbing needs.
Shane and Darrin saved the day! They provided excellent service in assessing and resolving the situation. I had a party that day with 50 people at the house! They saved the day!!!!
Jerome and Jacob were very professional and personable. They gave me a quick estimate and told me if there were any complications or other damage they would have to revisit the cost. Very honest and pleasant. Positive experience. On the cost, I thought it was a little expensive because there was not a lot involved in the repair.
Charlie was very knowledgeable and informative. The service Charlie and Javon provided was exceptional. I would definitely recommend my guy plumbing to anyone who needs to have plumbing repaired in their home.
Matt and Sam were great! Explained everything clearly, they were professional, patient, and helpful. They did a great job fixing my kitchen sink and water heater. Fast, efficient, and fair pricing. This is the second time I’ve used MyGuy and never had an issue.
Brian and apprentice Joe were fantastic. Tackled the issue swiftly and explained the process. Also, staff called and were able to fit me in the schedule early which was a plus! Always a wise choice when choosing My Guy! You never disappoint!

Customer stated that they had a leak on their spray hose for their faucet and a leak in the crawlspace. After inspecting we realize that the spray hose is built into the faucet. My guy plumbing will have to replace faucet. There is a lot of sewage in crawlspace, my guy plumbing fixed the initial leak. After testing, we realize that there is a leak on the toilet line in order to fix this customer will need to have crawlspace pumped out to get all the sewage out to access toilet line. We made customer aware of this and left an estimate to return and repair flange once customer gets sewage pumped out of crawlspace Myguy plumbing will return to repair flange.
Arrived to the home, customer stated an active leak from the first floor and into the basement. I diagnosed this as a failed angle stop valve under the laundry sink. I provided options for replacement and customer would like to replace both valves. Shut water off to the home and drained the system. Cut out and removed existing angle stops from the home. Supplied and installed new angle stop valves under the sink. Secured my connections and turned the home back on to check for leaks. There are no leaks at this time Replace supply lines for the faucet as well.
Arrived on site to complete annual home inspection customer stated that their tub was draining slowly. As part of the inspection Myguy plumbing cleared line for shower, after inspection was completed Myguy plumbing did not find any issues everything is working as should Ph 7.4 Hardness 3 Pressure 65
Arrived to home for leaking pipe in basement. Upon inspection found dripping thru sub floor. Determined leak was in wall of bathroom behind mirror. Opened wall and found 2 pin hole leaks. Repaired leaks but meter was still spinning. Customer had dripping cartridge that I replaced. Meter stopped spinning. No leaks. Basement is still dripping most likely due to residual water. Called Allstates for restoration. Told costomer to keep eye on dripping in basement and if it doesn’t stop to call us. Highly recommend installing a water softener in home. Hardness is at 3 which is typical but this will prolong life of plumbing in home and also other benefits. Leaving estimates for new toilets as well due to age and the facet we may be installing softener.
