Arrived to the home, client had recently just purchased the home and is looking to replace the toilets, a disposal installed, new washing machine valves, removal of saddle tap valve for ice maker, and a customer supplied kitchen faucet. I provided options and client would like to go through with all the work and become a member. I have accepted a deposit for the work to be completed. We are returning this Friday to complete all the work quoted. ****Client is aware that the price is subject to increase if any of the toilet flanges need to be repaired or replaced entirely.
