Arrived on site customer stated that they have no hot water. Upon inspection found customer has a 50 gal gas water heater that is leaking. Gave replacement options and customer would like to move forward with 10 yr tank warranty. Installed new 50 gal gas and brought everything up to code. Tested all work and everything appears to be in working order and there appears to be no leaks at this time. Collected payment. Customer is responsible for permit fee and scheduling the inspection.
