Arrived on site to perform plumbing inspection. Client stated that her toilet kept running. Upon inspection the fill valve was shot and kept running so I turned the valve offf for now. Also during inspection we found two valves under a lav sink the were seized and very old along with the trap being brass I recommended to replace it with plastic tubing. Left client multiple options for the toilet so she could decide in the future which route she wanted to go.
