Arrived on site client stated when she used the shower downstairs it would come out of toilet and her washing machine overflowed when in use. Checked clean out outside and clients husband attempted to snake the main by themselves and got the cable stuck in the clean out. I was able to pull cable out and the soft blockage pushed itself out. Ran water in the downstairs bathroom and some water flowing in the clean out. Put camera down the line towards the street and would recommend a hydro jet from the street to clean out. Will credit back Visual diagnostic if client moves forward with work.
